Refund and Returns Policy

All of our tack is used/new without tags/second owner. We do not offer new tack directly from any manufacturer.  We do not offer returns or refunds on any tack , shipping, or other items on our website. Please refer to the pictures or email us at hs@diverseequestrian.com to ask for more pictures or explanation of your item before ordering.

Returns only on a mis-shipped item, we will pay all shipping charges in case of a mistake.
